At the Digital Manufacturing Industrial Workshop in Brussels on the 26^th of March, Dr. Ilias Gialampoukidis will provide the answer. A Senior Researcher at the Multimodal Data Fusion and Analytics Group within the Information Technologies Institute (ITI) at CERTH, Gialampoukidis will present the exploitation results of key Factories of the Future (FoF11) projects: i4Q, OPTIMAI, InterQ, and DAT4.ZERO.
 
The i4Q project has developed an IoT-based Reliable Industrial Data Services (RIDS) suite, consisting of 22 cutting-edge solutions designed to handle the vast amount of industrial data generated by cost-effective, smart, and interconnected factory devices. These solutions enhance quality control, optimise processes, and drive Zero-Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) across diverse industrial environments.
 
In his presentation, Gialampoukidis will highlight the transformative impact of these FoF11 projects, including:
i4Q – A complete industrial data management framework for reliable and real-time quality control
OPTIMAI – AI-powered quality optimisation and predictive analytics for smarter decision-making
InterQ – A digital twin approach to monitoring and optimising manufacturing quality
DAT4.ZERO – AI and IoT-enabled defect prevention, reducing waste and improving sustainability
